Evaluation and Certificate of Attendance
GOSSLP will submit your information to ASHA for CEUs and your Certificate of Attendance for licensure purposes and/or proof of attendance for your school district.

If you have already started the process please re-enter the site for the updated information.
You will need to choose the March 2019 conference. Use your last name and ID number from your badge to login. Once the report is opened you will have 20 minutes to: 
  1. Verify your attendance
  2. Provide us with your ASHA membership number 
  3. Answer all preliminary questions 
  4. Complete the assessment of learning 
  5. Complete the evaluation and 
  6. Print your certificate of attendance  
It is critical that you complete this before midnight on 03/29/2019 if you want GOSSLP to submit your record to ASHA for you.  You will not be able to access it after that time and will forfeit the opportunity for the continuing education hours earned to be added to your ASHA transcript.
